With the cold weather and recent snow, we've been trying to find fun things to do inside. Here are some pictures of a pet store visit where we got to play with a sweet puppy who was just her size. We also built a tent in her room and she was reading books to her baby doll underneath (that's the second pair of feet). And there she is in her special hiding place between the piano and the bookshelf!

Videos
The first two are videos of Emily jamming to her piano. She does this a LOT! The second is of her playing with blocks. I wish I could have gotten a video of her knocking her own towers over with her head, but she won't do it when I'm recording her! She plays with her blocks and piano almost all day long. Sorry you can't see her face.....I have to record from behind or else she wants to play with the camera instead!

Emily Update
I took Emily for a check-up on Monday and here are her stats:
Weight: 25/26 lbs
Height: 33 inches
She can now say: baby, doggy, kitty, Daddy, Mama, Papa, owie, hot, cookie, cheese, book, bup (means bug), no-no, uh-oh, socks, shoes, school (coo), bye-bye, sit...and she can sign: more, please, all done, milk, juice, hungry and sometimes water.
Just this week I've been hearing little sentences: "I did it!" and "Daddy baba coo?" (which means Daddy went bye-bye to school?) and "Go get it".
She likes to build block towers, read books about bugs and counting, and point out different body parts on herself, on me, on her baby doll, and she likes to talk on the phone to her daddy. She is one busy bee!!!

Strictly Ballr...Emily!
Trip to Utah = Fun
Friends from New York. I haven't seen them since 2004. Note: I am 5 months pregnant in this picture with our next girl.
We went to Utah for one of my best friend's wedding last weekend! It was SO much fun. I got to see a lot of old friends, both from Utah and beyond. Emily got to see her old friends too. We're glad to be home now though and love sleeping in our beds. Mom is especially glad that Emily is sleeping in her bed and not with Mom! Matt missed us a lot--he said the apartment was too quiet and boring. He did keep up on the cleaning and the laundry while we were gone (hooray!) but I came home and wondered how he survived because there was no food in the fridge.
